Is it possible for you to put the text of Tom Kyte's interview here?
Unfotunately the voice was not clear at some points of interview.

Tom Parish is going to re-encode the podcast and try to boost up Tom Kyte's voice a bit. I'll announce it in the staff blog when it's done. Thanks for the input!
